About this piece
This is the figure who tells the hardest part of the AndyMan story most directly — one of the Wiremen caught as oxidation spread fastest, pressing his hands up against a barrier only he could feel, before Vida ever came down to stop the decay. The others kept his likeness preserved deliberately, not to dwell on the loss, but to remember exactly what was at stake before everything changed. This handcrafted wire art piece shows him standing beneath a clear glass dome, arms bent upward near his chest as though pressing against the inside of the glass itself, his body worked in pale silver wire that reads as almost fragile under the dome's curve. He's mounted on a round wood base that lets the dome sit like a keepsake bell jar on a shelf or desk. Every bend in his raised arms and tilted head was shaped by hand, making this a genuine one-of-a-kind wire sculpture rather than a cast repeat. It's a striking, contemplative piece rather than a purely decorative one. As a collectible wire figurine, this handmade metal figurine makes an unusually meaningful, unique wire art gift for anyone drawn to art with real emotional weight behind it.
