Included for Life
Every knife that has left this studio comes with lifetime sharpening — no conditions, no fees, no expiration. When the edge needs attention, ship the piece in. Andreas will restore it and return it within 5–7 business days of receipt.
This is not a policy. It is a commitment that was made at the time of purchase and holds for as long as the knife exists.
What the Service Covers
The standard service includes edge restoration and general maintenance — addressing any wear, alignment, or finish concerns that arise from regular use. If your piece needs more significant attention, Andreas will assess it and be in touch before proceeding.
Repair and restoration of blades made by other makers is not offered. This service is for AK Custom Knives pieces only.
How to Send Your Knife
Wrap the blade carefully — leather or heavy cloth, secured. Ship to the studio address below with your name, contact information, and a brief description of what the knife needs. No form required. Andreas will confirm receipt and return the piece to you within 5–7 business days.

A well-maintained knife is also a safer knife to use. If you are unsure how to store or care for your piece between services, reach out. Andreas is happy to advise — it takes two minutes, and it protects the work.
