Made from High-Carbon W2 forged steel with the satin acid-washed finish. The handle features a faceted design hidden tang construction, made from Buckeye Burl and Tamarine would with natural Micarta and G10 liners. The handle geometry is uniquely designed to tuck snuggly into your palm, giving you a firm grasp regardless of the grip style you use.
This blade has a really high Rockwell Hardening, around 60-61, which means that will remain extremely sharp through many slices of protein before needing a touch-up.
